Glen Smith, aka Gstar, is a label founder and DJ recognised for precise selection and consistently high-energy performances. His long-standing commitment to drum & bass has seen him perform at and promote events across London and the South of the UK for many years.
Livelabs Inception is the result of a carefully developed vision, established to provide a platform for both established and emerging artists to showcase their music and DJing at a high standard. Alongside overseeing label operations, Gstar continues to release music regularly and perform alongside his long-time sparring partner, MC Elevator.

Kev Marshall Aka No Dreads Joined Livelab in mid 2022 and very quickly became a Crucial Part of the Livelab team.

Seijn is a Doncaster-based drum & bass producer with years of experience shaping heavyweight, precision-built tracks. A seasoned pro with releases across multiple labels, he pairs deep scene knowledge with the ears of an expert mastering engineer, delivering music that hits hard and sounds flawless.

MC Elevator is a fast-rising UK MC who’s been active since 2023, stacking nearly 50 livestreams, several live bookings, and taking 2nd place at the Bass Barn Selecta Events UK MC Competition in 2025. Known for his versatility, he blends slow poetic barz, sharp double-time flows, host-style control and a natural love for crowd hype. Influences range from garage greats Secret Agent, Ranking and Neat to DnB icons Hyper D, Skibbadee, Shabba, Evil B and GQ.

He’s released tracks with DJ G-Star including “Ice Cold” and “Phantoms,” with more projects on the way, and is actively looking for new producer collabs and is available for live bookings.

Joemac aka Joe Mcbride is Livelabs  Old skool and breaks maestro, a keen producer and dj with several releases over the years Joemac is back and on a mission,  expect firin' old skool and breakbeat pressure with Forthcoming releases scheduled on livelab records. 

MVP aka Matt Vale is a talented dj based in Stratford, Expect firin' 4 deck Dancefloor pressure as MVP unleashes his signature style of mixing on the Livelab Mix series. Mvp is also Livelabs stream manager !

 When I'm not busy saving the world one beat at a time, They say laughter is the best medicine, but they haven't heard my tracks yet. Prescribing heavy doses of snare rushes and bass drops.

 Side effects may include uncontrollable head-nodding  In my lab. You'll find me experimenting with the periodic table of beats. Element 808 is my favorite. Come for the science, stay tuned for the obnoxious basses.

Dr. Goodspeed (Gatien) began his musical journey in 1998 at events in the Centre region of France, performing Techno live sets using Cubase Atari, an Akaï S20 sampler, and a Roland MC-303 groovebox. After a first encounter with Drum & Bass in 2001, he moved to DJing, playing sets influenced by Subfocus, Pendulum, and Noisia. After more than 10 years of composing, DJing, and event organizing, in 2009 he significantly reduced his musical activities to focus on other technological objectives. In 2018, he moved to Switzerland to be closer to the mountains for good. His passion for electronic music remained intact. In 2023, he founded the Swiss Riviera Events association, dedicated to producing musical and gastronomic events on the Vaud Riviera.

Ben Cullimore aka Cully Jr, a DnB and Jungle Producer-DJ from the south west. Spinning heavy rollers with a raga twist. With a variety of releases over the last couple years he has found his main style with dark minimal DnB / Jungle. Keep an eye out on LiveLab for some Cully releases soon!

GreeNFingaZ joined the team in 2025! Bringing to the table a varied style, mixing genres from across the spectrum. He's been producing dnb for 15 years, has played many venues across Essex and London and has many pirate radio shows under his belt! Keep your ears open for his up coming releases from the Lab!!

Forged in a forbidden jungle ritual conducted by bass-hungry shamans, Lexicon is no ordinary MC. Raised among the elusive bassline monks in the Himalayas, he trained in the ancient arts of flow, rhythm, and lyrical diversity.
Now residing in the space between worlds, Lexicon only materialises when the dance demands it. Resident MC at Spangled Events and touring hype man with Scrabble for Rough Tempo, his arrival is always heralded by a sudden increase in energy, a distortion in reality, and at least three rewinds.
